- The early registration fee is $400 per member and $425 per non-member on or before August 14, 2023.
- The late registration fee is $425 per member and $450 per non-member after August 14, 2023.
- Payment must be received by the APIPA Secretariat no later than August 28, 2023.
- Refunds for cancellations: 5% penalty applies on or before August 14 and a 15% penalty applies after August 14, 2023.
To attend APIPA 2023 sessions you must first register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Registration can be completed at http://apipa2023.org.
The 34th Annual APIPA Conference will be a live, in-person conference. All course materials will be digital, in line with our organization's commitment to sustainable, environmentally-friendly practices. All participants planning to join our in-person conference and bring a laptop or tablet. Digital copies of course materials will be distributed in advance of the conference.
To make changes to your APIPA 2023 registration, please visit http://www.apipa2023.org and log in with your USERNAME and Password. After logging in, select your account [top right hand corner], select my apipa course and change your registration.
The APIPA 2023 conference begins Monday, August 28 and ends on Friday, September 1. Courses will be held Monday through Friday over a one week period in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
The APIPA 2023 Conference is offering twenty (20) courses in plenary, audit and finance tracks over the one week period of August 28 - September 1, 2023. Concurrent courses will be offered Monday-Friday. Please note several courses are offered in two sections and you must register for both the early and late sessions.
Yes. One certificate showing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for each course completed will be issued to participants. To qualify for a certificate, you must:
- Register in advance for each class you want to attend (use apipa2023.org to register).
- Attend each session for the full length of the class.
- Signin to your account, complete the course evaluation and download your certificate.
To earn a certificate for a session, you need to attend the session live when it is presented. We will provide general directions at the start of each class session.

In an effort to promote responsible environmental stewardship we ask that all participants plan to join our in-person conference and bring a laptop or tablet.
We request that all participants download digital materials in advance of the conference.
